Rachel is a Florida-licensed, double board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 18 years of experience helping patients improve their health and quality of life. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida and her Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University in Atlanta.
Driven by a passion for prevention, healthy aging, and helping people feel their best, Rachel has pursued advanced training in hormone optimization, medical weight management, metabolic health, thyroid optimization, and longevity-focused care. She believes that true wellness goes beyond treating symptoms—it starts with identifying the root causes of health concerns and creating personalized treatment plans that help patients thrive.
As the founder of Vital Energy Health & Wellness, Rachel has built a concierge practice centered on education, compassion, and individualized care. She takes the time to truly listen, understand each patient’s goals, and partner with them to develop evidence-based strategies that optimize hormones, improve metabolism, restore energy, and support lifelong health.
Outside of the clinic, Rachel is a wife and mother of three who understands firsthand the demands of balancing family, career, and personal well-being. Begin with a comprehensive diagnostic lab panel designed to uncover the underlying factors affecting your health. We offer affordable self-pay pricing, and most initial labs can also be billed through insurance.
Your personalized panel may evaluate hormone balance, thyroid function, metabolic health, inflammation, blood sugar regulation, cholesterol, insulin, nutrient status, iron stores, and other key markers based on your individual needs and goals.
Once your labs are ordered, simply visit any Quest Diagnostics location for your blood draw.
Your health is unique, and your care should be too. During this comprehensive one-on-one consultation, we’ll review your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and diagnostic lab results to identify the underlying factors that may be impacting your health.
Together, we’ll discuss your personalized treatment options and create a plan tailored to your goals. FAQs
You may use your insurance for initial labwork, however partnering with insurance companies for care does not allow for 60 minute visit times. We offer up-front, competitive pricing for our services which do include the medications.
-Access to GLP-1 medications including tirzepatide (Mounjaro). The medication and supplies can be picked locally or shipped directly to your home.
-Access to a medical provider for nutrition and lifestyle coaching, all routine follow ups and any additional follow ups for concerns in the interim. This will allow for periodic adjustments and help ensure your long-term success.
-At weekly in-office follow up visits we can measure and monitor body composition changes and administer fat-burning injections weekly for additional benefits
-Those between 18 and 64 years of age.
-Not pregnant or breastfeeding
-No active substance abuse problems, an active eating disorder, type 1 diabetes, cancer, recent bariatric surgery (within the past 18 months), active gallbladder disease, history of pancreatitis or a history of medullary thyroid cancer.
-Resides in the state of Florida
-Access to a medical provider for all routine follow ups and any additional follow ups for concerns in the interim. This will allow for periodic adjustments and help ensure your long-term success
-The medication which is Testosterone Cypionate, Arimidex (on an as-needed basis), medical supplies
for injection.
Labs are included in the monthly fee. We typically check labs after 6 weeks
then every 3 months thereafter depending on the lab results and your response to therapy.
All medications are dispensed through a US pharmacy that is FDA certified and prescribed by a qualified provider.
