Rachel is licensed and double board-certified with over 12 years of experience. She received her undergraduate nursing degree at University of North Florida and later went on to pursue a graduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta. With an immense passion for an anti-aging approach to health and wellness she continued her training in medical weight loss and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.
As a Nurse Practitioner, mom of 3 and owner of Vital Energy, Rachel Russell understands the incredible benefits of having the energy and vitality needed for our busy day-to-day lives. Her goal is to help you achieve optimal health, prevent chronic illness and help you fight aging from the inside out.
What we Offer
Request the diagnostic lab panel (Self-pay rates are available or use insurance). This evaluates sex-hormones, thyroid, metabolic function, inflammation markers, blood sugar, cholesterol, insulin, vitamin levels, anemia. Have your blood drawn at any Quest or Labcorp and schedule your 1 hour in-depth review with our provider.
During this visit we will review your medical history and lab results, discuss treatment options and make personalized recommendations based on your unique needs. Vitamins and natural supplements are commonly recommended to restore optimal health and are customized based on your results.
Receive personalized, expert, 1:1 care and 60-minute appointment times. No waiting rooms or rushed visits. Whether you are participating in functional lab screenings, medical weight loss, hormone balancing, TRT or peptides, ongoing and supportive care is of upmost importance to meet your goals.

FAQs
You may use your insurance for labwork, however partnering with insurance companies for care does not allow for 60 minute visit times. We offer up-front, competitive pricing for our services which do include the medications.
-Access to GLP-1 medications including semaglutide (Ozempic and Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro). The medication and supplies are shipped directly to your home.
-We are now offering tesofensine peptide
-Access to a medical provider for nutrition and lifestyle coaching, all routine follow ups and any additional follow ups for concerns in the interim. This will allow for periodic adjustments and help ensure your long-term success.
-At weekly in-office follow up visits we can measure and monitor body composition changes and administer fat-burning injections weekly for additional benefits
-Those between 18 and 64 years of age.
-Not pregnant or breastfeeding
-No active substance abuse problems, an active eating disorder, type 1 diabetes, cancer, recent bariatric surgery (within the past 18 months), active gallbladder disease, history of pancreatitis or a history of medullary thyroid cancer.
-Resides in the state of Florida
-Access to a medical provider for all routine follow ups and any additional follow ups for concerns in the interim. This will allow for periodic adjustments and help ensure your long-term success
-The medication which is Testosterone Cypionate, Arimidex (on an as-needed basis), medical supplies
for injection.
Labs are not included in the monthly fee. We typically check labs after 8-12 weeks
then every 3-6 months thereafter depending on the lab results and your response to therapy. We use our discounted lab network to offer affordable prices or you can use your health insurance plan to cover the cost.
All medications are dispensed through a US pharmacy that is FDA certified and prescribed by a qualified provider.
